This is the first in a three-part series of podcasts with advice on easy to implement tips to help you save time so that you can spend more time with your family and friends and pursue a fulfilling personal life.
I talk about how reviewing and planning the week helps you keep organised. Use an app or paper-based system. Keep your focus on a limited number of tasks and minimise distractions by using website blockers and moving your phone into another room. Control email and social media sessions and organise your files and templates.
Gather similar tasks together which require the same brain process. Have a ‘no meetings' day and be disciplined.
